As I stepped out on my deck to get some frigid fresh air I noticed something on my blackstone 36 inch griddle. The guy that at through my griddle cover seems to have done his work on the propane hose too. And the tank was on so he must have enjoyed it at that time. I've seen this guy around and my neighbor has asked about him, he's probably one of the largest strongest squirrels I've seen and he must be king of the ville. It may be time to teach him a lesson as I've heard him on my roof and hopefully not in my attic. Beware of those cute little squirrels!

Yikes!

In Canada we had huge problems with porcupines. They can chew up all rubber hoses and break lines of a car overnight. Neighbor had his aluminum boat and aluminum door frames damaged big time by them.

My wife calls them cute rats, they don't last long around my place.

Unless I was starving, there is not enough for the work involved. It may come to that if we keep on this track as a country.

People have the same problem while boondocking along the Rincon in Ventura. What's in those hoses that attracts them to chew ?
