I can't help with the lock question, but I would like to know how you like the 365RB.
I have been looking at one, and am real close to pulling the trigger, but there is not much info out there.

We like it so far very roomy and has everything we wanted. No issues at all. i know what you mean on info we found the best help comes from the dealer. we bought in okla city @ Camping world. my biggest concern was the power it seems to pull the rig just fine.
