Brought my 2104 Anthem back to the Entegra factory for a few small punch list items. Talking with other owners in the customer service lounge. WOW! I am horrified that these new coach’s still have the same problems if not more than the older coaches have. There must be 3 owners in here with water leaks! And this coach’s are 2022 - 2024! They had the same problem back in 2014 when I bought my Anthem. I must be totally honest but it is very clear to me that Enterga Coach is has a lot of issues especially with all of the new tech. Firefly and Vega systems. And thought we can all agree that all coaches have issues. But the Entrgra Coaches and customer service is below grade. Especially when you look are the amount of money you have to payout to get into one. I also think they are lacking skilled workers. They seem to be struggling with even my small punch list.

Sorry, but I would never buy another Entrga Coach again after talking and listening to the other owners that I have been talking with. I recommend to everyone that is considering buying this over priced house on wheels go Newmar. Their customer service is so much better than Entegra’s.

I welcome your opinion…….

My wife and I purchased a Entegra acccolade xt32u last year. Our experience has been similar. Our unit is a smaller super c on a f550 chassis and it’s 4wd which is appealing to us as we mostly dry camp, in the forests and deserts of Arizona. Thankfully haven’t needed 4wd yet.
The rig so far has been solid, however it’s the little details that’s been disappointing. And how it gets handled, through no fault of Entegra our Samsung fridge failed end of July, between LaMesa and Entregra, we just had it replaced a week two weeks ago. The warranty was honored, however we made a number of trips with coolers while it got sorted out. If you want to read the whole story it’s on the forum.
This was our first new Motorized purchase, life with toy haulers, bumper and 5th was relatively trouble free.
I own an Air conditioning business in Phoenix, I could never see treating my customers this way? Or did I get what I paid for? It’s a mystery to me as most have chimed in and said it’s normal, your dealer is handling it, they are standing behind the warranty. Not a great advertisement for Entegra when I attend a national motorcycle competition, the majority of us have some sort of Rv and I have three ice chests out. I am sure there is much complexity to manufacturing a complicated motor home, I am capable of more than most when it comes to mechanical and electrical systems, and as the warranty goes away I will keep fixing and improving on our rig. I feel for those that are not able to do their own repairs.
I do wonder if the European coaches are superior to ours?
