Are the entry steps supposed to be springy? 12V steps..2015 Ventana..maybe move 1-2 " down when stepped on...I way 165lbs
 
I would look and see where the flex is coming from and tighten/replace where necessary. Generally, there should not be that much movement…
 
Yeah I agree...you can add 100lbs to your weight and the steps should not have much give. Something's come loose 🤔 Blessings
 
Don’t forget to adjust the legs under the bottom step.
