Man those are pricey. Bet they are worth it though look well made.I have had my Wusthof Classic knives for many years , and have a smaller amount in the coach. I especially love the Santoku blade. Judy D

I don't know, they don't look like they would handle a Philips head screw very good. How to they do cutting 3/8" fuel line, also. LOLBuy them once and use them forever. It is a lot more economical than buying inexpensive knives every year or two.
