We've had good luck over the years with the Cutco Brand of knives

 
We bought a complete set of Cutco knives over 40 years ago...still using them today.
 
We have Cutco in the RV but I like a heavier knife. Had these made.

Buy them once and use them forever. It is a lot more economical than buying inexpensive knives every year or two.

I don't know, they don't look like they would handle a Philips head screw very good. How to they do cutting 3/8" fuel line, also. LOL
