I don't think it qualifies as an RV.. any more than u-haul truck... so I'd say it's not the worlds fastest RV....
 
I'm actually a little surprised that number is so low. The right diesel pusher powertrain could be tuned without spending a fortune to make similar horsepower and a mountain of torque that should be good for over 122mph. I don't know all the rules regarding how "stock" it would need to remain but more than a few liberties have been taken with that one if it actually does have to be anywhere close to stock.

Entire interior was gutted, motor was probably based on the original engine?

They beat a record for Class A Motorhome, which is odd because 'Motorhome' really has to have living space right? I guess a sleeping bag on the floor......
