You should have no problem in Kingsville.

Where are you located on the Gulf Coast? I'm north of San Antonio and I'm not doing anything. Newmar's are well insulated and the Oasis system will automatically come on if the temp drops to 40 ℉ or lower, eliminating many of my concerns.
Well we have a 2003 HR Endeavor

If you’re keeping heat on, then disconnect your water and sewer. Close the bay doors and you will be fine.

As added precaution open cabinet doors where there is plumbing.

My son is living in just 5th wheel and temps are 12F. Keeping tanks full is the best you can do. He connects to dump the tanks and fill and then puts hoses back in the storage.

I have done the same thing down to 1F, so you should be fine.

Well temps won't go down past 25 and I don't expect it to be too long, so hopefully it won't be so bad, but I will those suggestions under advice Thanks

Winterize for storage. Don't worry about it if you're living in it. Just keep the waterheater on and it will keep the temp where you like it. The holding tanks will not freeze solid enough to be a problem as you keep adding heat every time you use them.

Just enjoy the experience! Gotta be better than salt lake in a pull trailer.
