Tow behind
Hello. New to this site from the beautiful state of Washington( highest gas tax state). I recently purchased a 1993 31' tow behind Holliday rambler. I've been able to go through and fix the propane, lights-inside and out. I'm having issues with filing the fresh water tank, before I sanitize it. While filling the tank with a hose, the water comes out of the hose connection fitting right next to the fill hole. Water is also coming out of the overflow tube under the trailer, long before the tank is full. How do I fill the 38 gallon water tank without water coming out of the hose connection and the overflow tube?

Welcome aboard. Wow. You have a perplexing issue. I wonder is the vent is plugged. I can't think of any other reason that the tank will not fill properly. But water coming out of the overflow tube shouldn't happen until the tank is full. Can you actually see the tank? If so can you see that it is not full or are you just looking at the system monitor?

Thanks. I'm unable to see the tank and an replying on system monitor.

Monitors aren't always as accurate as one would like.
Pick up a flow meter to your hose and see how many gallons you are actually putting in.
