Good afternoon,
has anyone ever seen an issue where the fresh water tank level will go down from 75% to 35% with no significant use?? when top it off, it will jump pretty quick back to 75% so thinking there is something going on with the sensor on the fresh water tank... is this sensor located in a place thats easy to get too?? 2024 Newmar Dutch Star 4369

thanks

If this happened between stops it could very well be the water siphoning out via the overflow tube.

Negative... we are parked and dry camping.. filled up the tank on Monday.. we disconnected for the snow storm.,. what im thinking is it may not be the fresh tank but the grey tank that is possibly out of calibration.. i ran the shower to run the fresh tank down and watch the gauge and got the fresh tank down to 55% and the grey tank was only at 40%.. if that truly is a 105 gallon fresh tank, the grey tank should have been more like 80% or more..

I had issues with them reading incorrect on our Superstar.

Called Newmar and they put me in touch with the manufacturer to do a calibration.

There are a couple different ones, pressure type which you just set the empty and, ultrasonic which you set the empty and full.

Getting to the screen where you can do the calibration is one item they don’t include in the manuals.

They have been a lot more reliable since I went through the calibration process.
