If it was me, I would use more self tapping screws. If you use enough, then you will convert your rubber into a metal flap. [/sarcasm]

Doesn't look to exotic, sheet rubber could be used to fab a replacement. Save as much of the original as possible to template it.
Mine has a bit of inset to it so I was able to install over the top of the factory one. They weren't very degraded, just a poor fit.

Heard back from Newmar…they have the part…
“PN 125681 - $9.69 each. In Stock”

I will be ordering three…

OK! Ordered three gaskets and installed them last week. They came all precut and ready to install.
Hoping they last. I put 303 on them to keep the from drying out.

Oh, that's what they are supposed to look like... I think I have some rubber from a pond liner...will have to fab a few up.

Thanks. Will let you know what he says.

Has any of you had this issue?
Our 2020 has brushes, all bent out of shape and opened up, but maybe not on this shaft… Replacing soon. Side benefit I learned basement lights on from their gap while fixing power cord gasket. One thing leads to one more.
