I purchased a new 2022 Roadtrek Chase in October 2022. I was concerned about the issue of being able to get warranty work accomplished, as I am about 3 hours away from my dealer. I was so concerned, I called Roadtrek directly to ask about the situation. I asked if other repair services could do warranted repair work. I was told at that time, that it was possible for other companies to do such work after getting approval from Roadtrek directly. My question has anyone ever succeeded in doing this?

We had warranty work on our Coachman in 2021 at a different location than we purchased. The dealer we used was an authorized Coachman dealer and shop.

Not sure if that is something you need to look for. I felt it was. We purchased out of state and I looked for a repair facility before the purchase.
