GFCI outlets on 2016 London Aire 4519

Does anyone know where the GFCI outlets for the heated floors are on the 2016 London Aire? Rear zone is working fine, but front and middle are not working at all.

I have a 19 LA and there are 2 GFI outlets in the half bath cabinet where the circuit breaker panel is that are for the floor heat.

for the 2017 LADP, one of the gfi in the half bath is loacted behind the drawer. If you open the drawer fully, you may be able to see the gfi. to reset it, you have to remove the drawer. I don't know why they hid that one!! could be the floor plan.

There are also a couple of relays for the floors that you might check. In our 17DS one is below the sink in the main bath and two are in the lower cabinet in the 1/2 bath. I had one of mine in the 1/2 bath go bad as I was careless storing stuff around it and they are not protected well as they protrude from their metal mounting box. You can hear them click on/off ifyou listen carefully as you turn the floors on/off.

I checked the GFI plug in the 1/2 bath and it was showing green. I reset it anyway. There are also 2 breakers in the power box in the 1/2 bath as well, and I turned them on/off, just for kicks-n-grins.

I looked at the Silverleaf display and now all 3 zones showed red squiggly lines, indicating that all the floors were on. This wasn't the case before as only the back bathroom floor was showing a red line. And a short time later, 2 out of the 3 zones were working. The rear has always worked, but now the salon was working as well. Still no heat in the bedroom but at least I'm getting closer.

So, I'm sitting in the captain chair working on the problem, and and I reach over and pushed the door lock/unlock button. It hasn't worked since I bought the coach, and I'm not sure why I pushed it, but I did. And the door locked. Pushed it again, door unlocked. What the heck???

So now I'm wondering, what has changed, and the only thing I can think of is I just replaced all the house batteries. The old batteries were definitely BAD, but I would have thought the charger would have supplied enough power to offset bad batteries.

Does anyone know if the floor heat depends on 12 volts to make them work? Or maybe the Silverleaf requires a good 12 volt supply to send a signal to the floors that it's time to turn on?

Either way, I now have a working door lock/unlock where I didn't before, and I've got another zone working that wasn't working before. And I'm seriously wondering if the new house batteries are responsible.

Sometimes taking 12V power off, waiting 30 seconds, re-enabling can fix things such as your door lock, in my case one of the slide controllers needed a reboot, etc. You should have the switch at your door (salesman switch) that can turn off 12V power but when you replaced the batteries this occurred and therefore did the same. I'm guessing that fixed your door lock gremlin.

Can't help with floor heat, don't have it. But I would test one zone at a time and not put all on at once, once you've done a reset.

Yep, I found the one behind the drawer, and reset it. But where it the second one?

Jim....With the amount of 12v and high voltage electronics in these coaches, my baseline is to reboot everything at least a time or two when troubleshooting. It seems like resetting these systems regularly goes a long way keep the gremlins at bay. Glad to hear you are getting the missing systems back online!

Thank you. Unfortunately, it didn't help. So I have the Salon and Master Bath working, but bedroom is still being obstinate.

as stated above, when the floor heat is turned on for any given zone, you should hear a light click. for the bedroom, I hear that click under the sink in the master bath. For the kitchen zone, I hear it in the 1/2 bath. You may want to have some one turn the floor heat ON, while you are in the master bath area with the cabinet doors open and see if you can hear the click, and then trace it. At least, that may be one starting point.

Another item to check, is your SL Floor Heat setting, if you haven't checked already.
From SL main screen, go to Features, then look for Floor Heat Configuration. Lets see what you have listed for the three zones.

Thanks, but they're all on. And I've switched the wires around on the Silverleaf control module, thinking that maybe the module was not working correctly. But the front and rear floors work, regardless of which wire is feeding them, so it seems to me that there is a breakdown between the Silverleaf controller and the floor heat itself. I'm thinking maybe a broken wire of something.
