Depends on the ramp. I did it once at the factory. It is not simple; we pulled the black tank and the propane tank to make room for the ramp. Relocated the macerator hose to be wheelchair height accessible (that involved changed to the galley), moved the cooktop to a pull-out shelf for wheelchair height, added grab bars in the bath, and changed to a macerator toilet (no foot pedal). Widened the aisle by removing the magazine rack from the bathroom door, and changed all the door hardware to flush. Probably a few other changes I forgot but basically that unit was built from the ground up to be wheelchair/handicap accessible. Wish that Roadtrek had let us build these on a regular basis.
