I have a 2025 Prism MBE with dead house batteries.
There are 2 batteries. They each have 24v on the labels but they read 12v each (temporarily) when I check the voltage. They should be replaced with new 12v batteries, yes or no??

if you have 24v batteries now then you have a 24v system and should stay with 24. Have you charged them. If a 2025 they may not need to be replaced.

The 24 is the Group physical size designation. Letters after the "24" designate terminal layouts. I doubt very much that you have anything 24 volts in that rig unless someone mad a major change.
