Probably the only way to go for a long run is 3" or if you have to, 4" PVC. A run of stinky-slinky that long would be pretty expensive and extremely hard to keep set up at the perfect drop. Visit any large plumbing outlet and you will find nice rubber fittings that are easy to use along with the PVC. Probably Lowe's and Home Depot will have everything you will need.
