That sure is a wealth of information. I had a few HWH documents, but this web site sure helps with the troubleshooting process. Thanks for the link.
I’m in need of the link now…

How did you fix yours.

I started out with an issue with the touch pad. I could usually resolve it by unplugging and plugging it back in.

Well…now I am experiencing what you faced. I turn the ignition ON and the pump runs, sporadically. I haven’t had a chance to see if that is because of a control issue or it’s just hitting the high pressure limit…with no open valves to Jack stands.

I am thinking the touch control is bad. But the troubleshooting guide warns that of your MIOM is also bad it could damage a new Touch Control.

I have checked the yellow and green wire resistance, that’s good. But maybe should also check them alone, MIOM isolated, and Touch Panel isolated?

I see LINK lights, but will check again.

I need to check relays for being stuck…

Were of course traveling…so have to order parts to meet us somewhere ahead.

Really just checking to see what resolved your issue. More inout for my brain to process…

Hope this finds you well and your coach in good working order.

The only HWH problem I have actually had was a bad solonoid and that was an easy fix. i was really just appreciative of that link you supplied in case I ran into similar issues -- NEWMAR COACH SPECIFIC INFORMATION – HWH® Corporation
Thanks…. Yeah, checked my solenoids…they are both working nominally. Getting a signal to run without any user input. All I have to do is turn the Ignition or ACC on, and the pump starts running sporadically. Have a touch control pad coming overnight from Stuart’s tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

Best,

Charlie

To reset the HWH system, go to the electrical run bay under the driver's window and pull fuse F-11 wait a few seconds and replace.
On another note as a precaution.... When looking at the HWH pump behind the passenger headlight, there is a valve body box about 8" x 8" on top of the pump. In the center of that body is a screw securing a wire. That wire and screw is a ground. Loosen the screw, clean the body and wire, add a second wire with a spade end and reattach both wires. Run the other end of the new wire to a good ground.

The touchpad replacement works. Had to pull the fuse for the Multiplex Input Output Module (MIOM) to get them smoothly working all the lights and things. Have only done three down cycles and three up cycles so far.

New issue while driving. Horn and unsafe light, telling me the Parking Brake isn’t set…. Duh, I’m going 65 mph down the hwy, why would my Parking Brake be set. So, we’ll see if these gremlins keep haunting us. I’m hoping not to have to replace the MIOM. 4-6 weeks and requires rewiring my system. The strike 32-pin connector my coach is wired for is obsolete. They claim they switched due to supply issues. I think it’s because the Strike Connectors are around $57 a pop…and the new Ampseal 35-pin they switched to is about $12 a pop.

Oh well….

Hopefully, a one off issue today. Lots of things are switched grounds…so making sure ground is patent is definitely a big deal.
