Thank you @redbaron for doing this doc. So I pulled back into storage and transfer switch did NOT acknowledge the shore power. So it must be somewhere in the coach.

Do you have a surge protector?
 
For the pole yes. Not in transfer switch. I had an electrician check the outlets for proper wiring in the unit and it all checked out fine.
 
Do you hear the transfer switch clunk when connecting?
 
If so, try recycling the breaker 3-4 times to see if anything changes.
Just an FYI. Resetting a breaker once is sufficient. Breakers have a life cycle and multiple cycles don't help in the reset only shorten the life of the breaker.
 
Adding an extra 2-3 cycles on an infrequent basis won't noticeably shorten the breaker's life and just may knock a carbon deposit or arc point off so that the breaker will function again. A single cycle may not do that.

Obviously, multiple breaker cycles should not be a routine practice.
