It’s actually not approved to pull a wrangler that way, but it doesn’t say what kind of jeep it was.

Yah! And that Beggs the question! Why is he using a dolly to begin with with the dash cam setup to record the stupidity? Click bate?
 
I had to check the video again to see how stupid the author was...okay, yep, they blocked out the license plate.
 
My bet is the driver in the jeep is the reason it was in control till stopped!
Yeah for a driverless vehicle, avoiding hitting every obstacle it came near and stopping without incident seems a bit of a coincidence.
 
I can't see if there are/were any safety chains on that dolly.

I thought they were amazingly lucky it didn't hit anything.
 
Actually looking at the hood, that's a Wrangler, which shouldn't be towed on a dolly according to Jeep. Messes up the transfer case.
