So we had our camper winterized, I think it was 100.00, but I sleep better knowing if I have a leek in spring thay will repair it.

And, we have a new (reported) leader in RV repair labor rate wars! A friend just reported that NIRVC is now charging $289/hr. Wowzers!

This is getting crazy. I'm scared to death to find out what Freightliner is charging.

And the last time I had my aircraft worked on was $95 hr

That's because aircraft owners are notorious cheapskates and is the reason finding an A&P/AI who'll work on small piston powered aircraft is getting more and more difficult. Pretty much zero students coming out of our local aviation tech programs are going into general aviation.

My local Fl service center was $145.00 in February 2024. Gaffney service center was $185.00 in October 2024. I have work scheduled at Newmar in March 2025. I got an email from Newmar last week and their winter rates for January thru March is $125.00 vs $185.00 during the rest of the year.
