I am upgrading to 2 100AH batteries. (battle born) When I do this will I have issues with starting my generator. The chassis batteries also start the Generator and I have read they do not have a lot of cold cranking amps. I have installed solar and all the toys that that needs but I am still using my lead acid batteries and they must go. Will I need to add a battery just to start the generator? I am also open to ideas on batteries? I have found 100AH from 400-1000 a piece. I am leaning towards the top end but is that a waste of money?
