Just wanted to give a shoutout to MCD customer service, specifically Kandice. I have been trying for days to get one of my automated shades to respond correctly or even respond at all to my remote using the MCD manual:
Admittedly, I had to wait an hour to finally get a call back but when I did Kandice put me through an astonishing number of steps of learning button pushing, up/down, p2 button pushing, shade jogs, beeps, etc, etc. There is no question a phd in quantum mechanics is required for this stuff! At any rate it now works for the first time in weeks. Thank you Kandice & MCD.
