Hello and thanks in advance. We're looking for a little feedback, hopefully positive! We have 8 acres on which we live in a large home. At one point, there was another home in a cleared area with separate septic, electric, water and easy access. Although we're 15 minutes from the beach, it's very private here in the country: no traffic, no noise, only sounds are the birds and the wind. There is room enough for 2 rv's, gated and fenced in. What do you think? Thanks

Did you install the sewer/electric and water connections? Pics would help also

How are the roads getting to the property? Will they allow a first time guest to comfortably navigate in bad weather, or late hours?

Thanks for the reply. There is a county approved septic system, electric runs underground but I haven't had rv hookups installed, still considering feasibility. 400 foot deep well (aquifer) will need to be plumbed a little better. Gravel roads are good but not lighted. 1 mile off main hwy, 8000+ acres uninhabited forest to the west. We have thought about selling, but not sure. We would never find this quiteness anywhere.

Thanks much for replying. Gravel roads are good but not lighted. Probably a good idea to figure out a lit navigation path once inside the gate.
