I hate to tell you what a unit like that goes for in CA not far from where I live.

There was a ā€œHobby Condoā€ project planned for our area and I was thinking about a pre-build purchase but it never went through. They were advertising and then never replied and the project dried up.

very nice!! congrats!

Door is 12ā€™ (edited)wide X 14ā€™ high. Actually, once the RV is aligned for entry, it is easy entry/exit.
The turn in takes some practice but Iā€™ll get therešŸ˜Ž
Garage space has climate control and 50 amp shore power. Great for long projects and keeping power for storage.

Perfect

Iā€™ll measure again because the RV moves through with easeā€¦

My mirrors don't fold so it can't fit through a 10ft opening. The specs say 102" so I had a 10ft gate made but they didn't include mirrors ;-(
You are correct, the door is 12ā€™ wide and 14ā€™ high.
