I hate to tell you what a unit like that goes for in CA not far from where I live.

There was a “Hobby Condo” project planned for our area and I was thinking about a pre-build purchase but it never went through. They were advertising and then never replied and the project dried up.

Door is 12’ (edited)wide X 14’ high. Actually, once the RV is aligned for entry, it is easy entry/exit.
The turn in takes some practice but I’ll get there😎
Garage space has climate control and 50 amp shore power. Great for long projects and keeping power for storage.

I’ll measure again because the RV moves through with ease…
 
My mirrors don't fold so it can't fit through a 10ft opening. The specs say 102" so I had a 10ft gate made but they didn't include mirrors ;-(
You are correct, the door is 12’ wide and 14’ high.
