Hello everyone,

I’ve just joined this group as I’m looking at purchasing a 2019 Ventana 3412 from National Indoor RV Centers in Atlanta wondering if anyone has had business with them and what your experience was like.

Thanks,

Steve

I have been watching NIRVC for years, and drove ten hours to order my Dutch Star from the ATL operation. Top tier CEO, company, and service. Are they perfect? No, but when they screw something up, they own it and make it right.

We ordered and just took delivery of a new Mountain Aire from NIRVC Atlanta (William Hopkins salesman) and will give them really high marks. William was on top of our order the entire time and the PDI was very good. We stayed there for three (3) nights after delivery and Kevin (RV tech) was able to get all issues resolved. It was kind of like a factory delivery but at the dealer ... and to boot they gave us a full tank of diesel when we left. And I guess I forgot to mention that their original price was excellent (I got 4 quotes and they were hands down the lowest).

Thank you for the reply Steve glad to hear the positive comments.

A little late on this thread; what Steve had to say is accurate. NIRVC Atlanta serviced our previous 2019 New Aire and thru what we learned ordered a new 2022 NA, from them. Delivery end of April.
Good people, you know where you are and what is happening, no surprises.
