Oh, what a can of worms!! Actually, the two top contenders seem to be Goodyear Endurance and Sailun.
 
I know the question what tire, but I have used all kinds of tires with only one blow out. The three big issues in trailer tire failure are
Under inflation.
over loading,
to high a speed.

I have used Load Star heartland and many other brands, mostly based on price. I don't think you can beat a TPMS for the trailer to keep track of pressure and temp.
 
Oh yes I forgot one.
end of life, I replace all tires at 5 years max so don't know how that plays out.
 
What’s the best tires, had 10 ply Trailer King blow out

Is this for a pull behind camper? If so, I'd recommend getting the most ply's you can find. 16 ply would be good. Any recognizable brand will do. 90% of all tires are made by the same three companies anyway. ?
