Won’t respond to touch. Is there a way to reset?

Fuse or Salesman switch to kill 12V power?

Had this happen on my 2019 New Aire. Slid off dinette and went to touchscreen to control climate and static spark went from my finger to frame of touchscreen. Froze it completely. Removed 5 amp fuse that powers TM102 in plexiglas electrical/ electronic enclosure in lower bay. Reset system and all was back to working order. Voltage input connector to TM102 can also be pulled to provide the same reset. Touchscreen should go dark when applying this reset. Hope this helps...

Thanks guys. I got it. I’ll update when I get to my destination.

Should be able to pull F8 monitor and water pump fuse to reset.

@WsklyWabt ’s post made me do a double take. Shortly before I discovered the pad wasn’t responding to touch, I had received an impressive electrical spark when I touched the handrail at the door. May be related, may not be.

I phoned the Newmar customer service folks and ended up speaking with Mary. She walked me through a couple of troubleshooting steps that ultimately got it back in working order. It turned out my touchpad needed to be recalibrated. You press one of the icons for eighteen seconds and the pad will then walk you through a series of actions that gets things working again.

Somehow, I also lost the 360 camera. I now have only a rearward facing camera view that frankly, is more useful than the 360 camera anyway. I may not care to fix that.
