This is one of my favorite locations, Luray, VA especially in fall color (colours for you other peeps). Luray KOA seems to be no more and probably bought out as it's under a new name but they have a neighbor now, link below. I'm not sure what to make of this overhead shot, interesting setup. But I may check it out someday as again, such a peaceful gorgeous location.

This place has "on-demand" pricing apparently! Looked at different dates and the pull-thru sites ranged from $56 per night up to $109 per night, depending upon dates & time of year! WOW!!
Seems like a really nice RV Park!! Should do well!
Neal, I really enjoyed the "KOA" before it got sold...

I think this one is not the same as the KOA campground, that's a different one but still expensive. I think it was $88/night for the premium sites on the end towards the office with the overlook.

Here is a video of my trip north a few years ago, I stayed at the Shenandoah KOA. Short segment of that KOA. Nice enough but mostly gravel spots in the heavy woods. Not sure where they came up with Mountain view but it wasn’t from their grounds.
