It's popularly 6 yrs. Michelin says up to 10 years. Many say between 6 and 10 years. In any case replacing tires which haven't reached any of those thresholds isn't going to add one cent to the value of the coach. The Newmar on the front is what will sell it. No one is going to say, "We considered the Newmar, but the Jayco had newer tires".
