The complete opposite of my two experiences with REV, albeit, my repairs were done at the Coburg Oregon location. My most recent visit was 6 weeks ago in April. We arrived the day before our service appointment, plugged in and went for dinner. The next morning, the tech arrived at our coach at 7:30 to take it into the shop. By 10:30, he phoned to advise a couple of options to fix the issues, quoted parts costs and labor hours. Everything was done by the end of the day, at fewer hours than what was quoted.
Was this a Rev factory location? Because I'm dealing with General RV for warranty service and they deal with Rev.

REV service center in Coburg Oregon. No waiting for parts and qualified service techs. They have 50 amp service and water for about a dozen coaches so we arrive the night before at our pre-assigned site , plug in and ready for 7:30am intake the next day. Best service on the west coast. My second choice is Leisure Coachworks in Fontana CA who does RV warranty work for the REV Group.

Thanks. I wonder if there is something closer to where we live (Florida) although we are close to Oregon now.

Does anyone else know of good repair shops in the States? Name of repair shops and locations? This may help all of us to know so we do not have to go through bad shops and too long of stays. Bless all of you for all the great info you give us. have a blessed day from Texas.
