Wow! My retirement dream is coming true! I have found what I think is my perfect Retirement Home, a 2006 HR Navigator 45PB. I will be wiring the escrow deposit today. I have an NRVIA Inspector lined up to go do the inspection & fluid test. I’m excited and terrified at the same time. This will be my first RV, yes I know, “why such I big one!”. Well, it has and is set up almost exactly the way I was wanting, it’s just coming on a slightly larger platform. I found it and negotiated a good price, now hoping the inspection goes good. Yes, I know it’s a 2006, there’s going to be some things wrong and if the inspection finds serious issues it’s going to be back to square one.

Congrats and welcome.

From our perspective the inspection is a good idea for piece of mind. We had one done on our brand new rig and was with every penny to us.

Nice when you find the “perfect” rig. Lots of things to learn but you have a good knowledge base here to get assistance as needed.

Hope it all works out the way you want.
