Thanks for the details.In a short answer.........not much. It is a matter of power management. The converter draws 2 to 10 amps depending on battery charge status. Figure 2 amps. The refrig on AC is about 2.5 amps. Use it on LP. The microwave is about 10 amps. The AC (one unit) is about 15amps.
Just don't have more on than needed. If the wife wants to use the hairdryer, turn everything else off. If you want to use the microwave then turn everything else off.
With careful power management, you can get by. Just be aware of what every appliance and system requires in amps. The more on, the more the Amp demand.
