The tire inflator comes with the 12V cable.
Also, Dewalt has their own AC adapter (which was about $15 pricier), but the one I bought is the
Norward 13.8V Charger N557514 for DeWalt DCC020IB

So you can use it without the dedicated battery pack? A pretty interesting feature my Milwaukee doesn't have.
I imagine no issue for me as I carry a charger, backup batteries, and am kind of anal about keeping all my batteries up but a neat feature.
