This is a good start per my suggestion to Casey at Newmar Hoots. Newmar needs to invest in a YouTube Tech Channel so that people can go back at any time and study the systems. Those of us that went through the 5 day FPU years ago know the firehose and the retention of "our generation" which is approximately 4 minutes! Each system such as OASIS, GEN, Wet bay, Electrical/Inverter, etc. could be its own YouTube video. And per coach with different systems. Yes, it's a lot and will take time, but in the end it will drastically reduce their phone support of non stop repeat questions like we see on Facebook groups daily.

We try to attend some type of RV training every year or so. This year we are headed to Spartan for chassis training course. Good fun and learning is very helpful to avoid Operator Induced Errors.
