Pork chops!

First Ninja cook on this trip, came out amaaaayyyyzzzinng! Growing up I never cared for pork chops, typically dried out or overcooked white meat whatever. Then the Ninja came along, deeeeelish. Seasoned with Livia's Salt, Pepper, Garlic Seasoning a friend gave me when we had steaks at the Oshkosh Airshow. I used the wood pellets I had the most of, fattest bag, sweet whatever mix. Ninja grill on medium with smoke. Flipped around 120, took off grill around 145 and let rest. Sooooo good. If anything maybe cook a tad bit longer, I don't know, super moist and delicious. I love ketchup on my steak, etc. Deal with it! 😌 (and I only had one, no way could I eat both)

I find that people that use ketchup just like ketchup, not what it does for whatever they are pouring it on. I like to eat meat with just salt and pepper or Chicken salt or Slap yo Mamma seasoning.

My bride was out and about today so I volunteered to cook dinner. Hang with me, sloppy Joe sandwiches and smoked air-fried potatoes on the Ninja. The potatoes were awesome.

Cubed Yukon potatoes, seasoned with olive oil, SPG, and smoked paprika. Temp 400 on air crisp with smoke. Cooked for 25 minutes turning every 7-10 minutes. Served with ketchup Neil.

SPG is ?

Ordered. 🤬

@Neal you posted recently (?) that you cooked Costco chicken wings, are there any particular wings you can recommend and don't answer chicken? What was your procedure?

I am still trying to find wings like I get in a restaurant. Seems like I get chopped baby bird or too large of drumsticks. So I'm still in the search as well. I just picked up a bunch of "parts" yesterday at Costco for Superbowl, we'll see how that looks. I need to check Food Lion, I seem to recall last time that was a good place....so I don't know is the answer.

I like to air fry high with smoke until 180 internal.
