@sheridany , do you have any new recipes that don't require tofu or sprouts?

Good information.

Ninja owners, someone please explain to me why when you preheat your Ninja with smoke on and open the lid to add food the smoke comes out and chases you like an alien creature in the movies!

Let me try to understand your question. You are wondering why the Ninja fills with smoke and chases you like an alien creature, correct? Well its apparent you've never heard that when people are gathered around a fire or Ninja Woodfired Grill, the smoke will always follow the beauty. Now, since you are most likely standing alone at the Ninja when you open it, the smoke is naturally going to you...regardless of looks.

Next question.

Bought some nice Salmon from Costco the other day as I need more fish in my diet like probably most of us. Yuge Salmon, cut it up and used my food saver to seal several meals. Last night I decided to cook this salmon that's been in my frig a few days before it decided to become a penicillin supply. I seasoned it with some GMG Fish Rub I had in my cabinet, both sides as it was skinned. I seasoned it quite heavy, by accident, and thought that was going to be a bad thing, I was wrong. I let it sit for about 30 minutes and fired up the Ninja with some pellets, didn't pay attention to the flavor and this time used BAKE which I've never used, add smoke, 325. It cooked in about 10 minutes which as always with the Ninja, faster than I expected. I went to actually flip it at 10 minutes and realized it was done and if I was going to use my plan it would have become a fossil. So off it came, let it rest while I caught up some steamed broccoli and rice and it tasted amazing. That means I had enough rub on it to hide the fish taste and was probably the best Salmon I've had in a very long time!

No pictures so this could be all made up but, well, it was amazing! Yum. I could only eat about 1/4 of what I cooked so the rest will be protein for salads most likely.
