Now you did it! You have me thinking and my wife always says that is dangerous. I think maybe I want to sell my Blackstone grill / griddle and get one of these. The Blackstone is great just getting a little heavy and bulky for me. Question has anyone purchase the griddle plate and done smash burgers on it? My wife loves smash burgers as do I.Due to some member posting how great some food was cooked on a Ninja Woodpellet Grill, there has been a buying frenzy for such a grill. Now recipe requests are beginning to appear.
If you have a favorite food cooked on the Ninja, share with the group including seasonings, which setting, will it include smoke, temp, etc. Pictures would be appreciated.
I don't see why not. You will need to buy the flat top griddle plate. FYI, the Ninja cooks hot and fast. Now you did it! You have me thinking and my wife always says that is dangerous. We have a Webber griddle so we can make stir fry etc and use that for smash burgers, and breakfast bacon, hash browns as well. Ninja does everything else. Now you did it! That’s funnySo you want cheeseburgers do ya? Okay, fire up the good ole Ninja Woodfire Outdoor XL grill set it to grill on medium. Badaa, signal to add food. Badaa, signal to flip food. A minute or two later throw that slice of cheese on. A minute or two later you should be done...right? Open lid to find slice of cheese grew wings!!
Yeah, like @Jim's peperoni story as I recall. So if you want to add a topping be sure to use one of those burger lid thingies to keep your stuff in place! (sts)
they are on amazon for about 40.00I wonder if those racks are available on Amazon?![]()
