They can share any data and it can say whatever they want they want it to say . I am for free speech . None of that makes it accurate . It based upon his techs . Many have left him over the last year . Maybe they know something . Maybe they don’t . Ask the CEO about the body shop claims in the Past . Would he swear to them being correct ? Alls my point is if I am a manufacturer I would have issue with this process . Maybe Tiffin or NewMar should post how many opportunities to do business and leads they send and what the closing ratio are . Or post the dealer CSI ratings publically . How do you think that would go over?
So maybe instead of attacking a bunch of other people's posts out of the gate as a new member of the forum (joined last night?) with a series of on-fire replies, maybe you could have instead simply added to this thread with your own thoughts?

Best,
-Mark

There is always a better way . I don’t disagree with you and yet I believe the insight I provided can be extremely useful to others . So my bad . My good !

I think I have valuable information.
Again, I'm still curious about how or where this valuable information was obtained. Did you work for NIRVC?

Other than un-backed up innuendos and general bashing, I have not seen anything helpful. You state the pod casts and youtube videos are bastions of free speech. I have to disagree somewhat. If the content providers are profiting from providing the content, there is always the potential to stretch or reform the truth to gain "clicks". So if you have something useful to share, please share factual, un-sensationalized, information.

I am not certain I follow your thoughts. They produce some videos and content so consumers can see what they do. They nor me are sensationalizing anything . You are obviously pro NIRVC and you are entitled to that . No one seems to be able say what is wrong with Blue Ox video ? The people who paid for it do not seem to have a problem . The factory has not spoken about it . The video clearly states it is his opinion new coaches do not need inspections . You again can agree with those opinions . I was part of the “let’s get them calls” I am just against that . I am sorry my points are pretty simple . P

Also do you think that a dealer should be the one listing defects . One dealer . Six locations and no proven consistency . Often short of techs and I have seen corners cut .
