Sure glad you chimed in Brett. I see your organization as one of the very best in the industry and I am personally thankful for the direction you are taking it. It’s sad the a short term disgruntled former employee chooses to try to undermine such a great organization.

I suggest we all stay clear of the discussion regarding NIRVC and their ex-employee from this point forward and return to topic and if you have any questions or if @Brett Davis wants to share any data for the community of the findings such as for 2024 that would be better served.
