Actually I'm kind of upset at myself for not thinking of that first. My years as an offshore boater taught me to do it right the first time. So I Googled Starboard glue (knowing that in the past no glue would work on that material) and not only discovered there IS a new adhesive but a great source (does custom work). here's the link:
