Good day everyone
I just purchased a Vangaurd Kodiak VXL2700 motorhome. I am having trouble finding the fill nozzle for the potable water tank. Does anyone know where I can find this.

Welcome to the sight. Sorry I'm not familiar with your MH. Usually all of the hook ups are on the left (drivers) side, I'd start there. A quick google search turned up several you tube video's. There appears to be 2 doors between the slides I'd look in the bigger one first.

Apparently the fresh water tank placement was moved around in the RV. Typically fresh water fills are on the Drivers side of the RV.

Search the Dutchman forums for further comments.

The best answer I have found is this

"The only thing I know for sure about the VXL's is that each seems to be slightly different in the layout and placement of some things. Ours has the fresh water tank under the front dinette seat, I've been in a Kodiak that had it under the couch. "

I believe that is a Class B? Are you sure it even has a fresh water tank? Can you identify the tank and from there trace it?

I have had water fill inlets on both sides of my rigs. It may be behind a trap door/w lock or not.

My fresh fill is on the passenger side unless (which I learned on accident) I don’t open up the sink inside and turn on city then it will fill my fresh for me. Interesting surprise. But I’m not in a MH so who knows. I have heard of shutoff/on valves for filling from the city connection however. Sounds handy.
