Looking for second opinions and advice for mold mitigation DYI.

2011 Tiffin Allegro Open Road 34 TGA

Background
No electricity, propane tank empty for about a week.

Emptied fridge and freeze before taking the rig to a garage for some work. No electricity there, no propane to power to the fridge freeze for about a week.

When I got the rig back and moved back in, moderate amount of mold was growing in both refrigerator and freezer. Two days on the road, arrived at destination. Filled propane tank.

A summary of all the posts I read online, (not reading the suggestions to use vinegar instead), my take is that a long step by step process is necessary, which seems to be, well, long.

1) remove removable parts— ie draws and shelves to clean separately, clean appliance with soap and water, dry,
2) scrub with mixture of bleach and water, avoiding use of bleach mixture on rubber seals
3) let mixture sit In the appliance for an hour
4) scrub and rinse. Dry.
5) spread baking powder water mix to absorb remaining bleach smell. Rinse.
6) leave appliance off, doors open while both compartments fully dry. Replace removable internal parts when dry.
7) switch appliance back on.

I want to do this safely and effectively. But my hopes for switching the appliance back on to begin the return to the correct temperatures this evening have faded.

* Are all these steps necessary?
* Recomdations for alternative procedures?

*invitations to dinner tonight.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts,
