Hello gang...I am signing in early enough that I can get my preferred forum name. I am also known as RedBaron73 and LordBaron on other forums.

My wife and I have been camping and enjoying the great outdoors since we where kids. I grew up alternating between tents and Coleman campers.

We purchased our first RV in 2004, a cedar Creek 5th wheel.

We have owned a 2008 Fleetwood Discovery 40x, 2013 Newmar Dutchstar, and a 2019 Newmar Dutchstar, all of which we purchased new.

We have homes in Florida and Texas, and spend summers in Montana. We still enjoy tent camping, but lately hammock camping has become our preferred method when backpacking.

We have 4 children, ages 8,12,19,21. Our oldest 2 no longer travel with us all the time, so we feel like the RV recently expanded.

I look forward to sharing and learning.
