Hey all,

We're attending a wedding on a private resident's grounds which is very large. We're bringing our A214HW and hopefully our dogs. It's during the summer, so we would need to leave them alone certainly times and would need to monitor temp and CO. The range would need to be longer than what blue tooth can handle.

Does anyone have input or recommend against this? Thanks for any insight!

Thank you for the information...how would this work with off grid camping? We will have an electrical hook up from one of their garages, but I don't believe we will have internet access where we will be set up on their property.

Starlink

Or your hotspot, either a dedicated hotspot or use one of your cellphones as a hotspot.

I use a ($100) Visible phone for a dedicated hotspot on the $35/mo plan.
I'll check this out. Starlink isn't available in our area yet so this may be an option... hopefully the signal is strong enough. Thanks for the input!

Starlink RV is pretty much available everywhere but connections vary. Cellular is a good primary option if your location has cellular service. I'm a big fan of Pepwave routers but you'll need to have cellular plan(s) via SIM cards. Starlink is a more expensive option, you can order it and try it and return it within 30 days if it doesn't work for you I believe are the latest policies.
