Good info, I bought a couple of bulbs that worked in my fixtures and in general we hate them. They are to bright. Thus the need to get reduced Kelvin bulbs. By the same token, I hate the normal bulbs as well because they are to dim. One of the "new" led bulbs has already failed.
I guess I should have mentioned that I’ve only used the cheap LED conversion lights in exterior and basement fixtures. So I want bright, obnoxious lighting in these cases. I use OE LED stuff in all the interior fixtures.
