Nice job. Amazing the difference. How much weight are you saving?
Well, I personally lost a few pounds dealing with this project, but after moving them around it seems like just two of the old flooded units weigh a little more than the one Lithium. 8 of them, plus the dungeon tray they sat in corroding away really adds up to a lot. I'm thinking I lost at least a couple hundred pounds. 👍
 
Is that the temperature sensor on the negative terminal?
Yeah, I didn't know if the Magnum panel wanted to see it or not, so I hooked it up. If it's not necessary for the panel to know some kind of temp, I could remove it, but I'll probably just leave it there.
 
Everything I've read says lithium doesn't need temperature compensation for charging and to leave the sensor unhooked. That's what I did on mine.

Looks great. So much cleaner than the old set up. I hate even going in that bay.
