Replacing tub with shower

I would like to remove my tub and replace with a shower in my Keystone Hideout. I understand the plumbing is under the tub and am thinking the shower pan could be raised to accommodate. Has anyone done this? As a sidenote, my camper is permanently parked at a trailer park at the beach so no concerns with traveling with it.
