RV destinations with the best monthly rates

As I am looking to book Camp Hatteras RV resort (thank you @Neemer) they have a popup message about monthly rates starting soon at a discount. I'm planning my stay for a week after Sept 7th as the rates drop significantly but I noticed monthly rates such as for October at $1000/mo. That sure is tempting but this trip is a short one as I have to be back the end of September. But this inspires discussion that may help others. Where have you found the best monthly rates. I've wintered in Palm Creek (Casa Grande, AZ) twice to enjoy pickleball but also great monthly rates as well making for more affordable RV stays.

Let's build a list to help others looking for longer term stays and beat the horrendous campground rates we're seeing in 2026.

We stay at Oak Alley RV Park in Webster FL for the winter..6 months at $1011 a month on a 6 an 6 plan. I park my motorhome early nov...fly home to bow hunt...get back down around christmas time..head home mid april to end april. Never any snow or salt on roads .
