RV friendly Cummins Recommendation

Can anyone recommend an RV friendly Cummins near Mocksville, NC or anywhere heading south towards Savannah? Need them to test my DEF and sensor. Thanks for any help.

You mentioned DEF contamination on another thread. Can you share any details? My greatest fear is DEF contamination and I have started using box def as Prevost strongly suggested it.

Someone mentioned a product for DEF that I am curious about.

I use boxed DEF too. I had about ½ tank and then was parked in Nashville for 5 nights with temps in 90’s. I don’t know if that has anything to do with anything, but I had no problems when I was in cooler temps.

I added more DEF hoping that would make it better. The warning continued to come on and off. Tomorrow is a travel day so I will see what happens. Meanwhile I have my Def simulator out and ready to go if I need it. Thanks @NWIP.

I am going to try to get into a Cummins Monday as recommended by Spartan, so they can test my DEF and check my sensor. Will let y’all know how it goes.

I have used the Cummins shop in Savannah and they do great work. They also changed my DEF head two years ago when I had some intermittent alarms/codes.

Two years ago we went to the Cummins repair facility in Albany, GA. It's a small shop, but the service was fantastic...I highly recommend. Garmin will try to give you a false 'bridge weight' warning, but just ignore.

By the time I made it to Magne Shade in Mocksville, NC (getting coach lasered to be fitted with their awesome floor mats), I got a Check Engine light and DEF Sensor Failure. Checking codes, I only have one so far SPN 3364 FMI 11 so should make it to Cummins.

Speaking of Cummins, I called the one in Greensboro and they were dismissive and said they could get to me mid October. I'll be striking them off my list.

The Cummins in Charlotte on the other hand were helpful and friendly. Will head there this afternoon. I've never had my engine serviced, so mind as well do that too and get all the ECM and TCM updates.

Thanks @LeslieGary and @GlampDaddy for recommendations. I decided to go to the closest one instead of taking the chance of heading further south. Will keep those recommendations in my notes though.

One in the DSDP and now on my second in the LADP.

I wouldn’t recommend it at this particular location. Not a great area and a little tight. I chose to drive 15 mins to Concord and stay Camping World Racing Resort.
