Trust me it will be dumped and flush real well before it gets backed in.

Question: How do you manage the RV waste water tank vent fumes(?) when the RV is in an enclosed space? Granted you can empty and flush tanks before storage, is that enough?

Interested to see more responses on this. We are considering building an RV garage and my preliminary thoughts were that IF we wanted to use the coach while in the garage, we could attach a flexible hose to the RV vent and then attach the other end to a vent we would have installed in the garage roof.

For me an ideal garage would have full hookups inside.

I built a standalone building when I had my previous 38ft motorhome and now I have a 44ft. The building was 60ft deep x 50ft wide with two 14ft high x 12ft wide doors and one passage door. At the time I thought it was way overkill but if I had it to do over it would be 70ft deep x 60ft wide. I had 100amp service to the building with water and sewer hookups. Just remember, you can never build it too big but you can easily build it too small.
